1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items such as clearance products, pre-orders, or customized goods are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

3. Refunds
